Articles Dictation: First and Second Mention
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Listen for the small word before the thing being named. A or an often tells you about a new person or thing. The can point back to one you have already heard about. Several sentences here come in pairs, so remembering the first sentence helps you understand the next. Still, write the article you hear. It may sound very short. If one sentence names two things, check each one: they do not have to use the same article.
