Shopping & Clothes Dictation: Returns and Exchanges
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Listen for what the customer wants back. A refund returns money, while an exchange replaces the item with another one. The reason may be a fault, damage or a problem with the size. Keep both the requested action and that reason when you type. Faulty means something does not work properly; it is not simply the wrong colour. A sentence may ask about a receipt or packaging as well. Record that question as heard, without adding a shop rule that the speaker has not stated.
