There Is / There Are Exercises Dictation: Amounts and Resources
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Hear the amount after there is or there are. Enough means there is as much as needed; a few and a little describe small amounts. The noun still matters: plural things have are here, while work, space and other uncountable amounts have is. A large amount does not automatically mean are. Listen for every word in a phrase such as plenty of. Then keep the task or place detail afterwards; it explains what the amount is available for.
