Conditionals Dictation: Real and Unreal Situations

Conditional sentences come in two shapes in this exercise, and the verb in the if-clause tells you which one you are hearing. If the if-clause is present simple, the result is real: it happens every time, or it will happen if the condition is met. If the if-clause is past simple, the situation is imaginary and the result uses would.

Listen for the auxiliary rather than the meaning: will, won't and would are short and easy to miss after a long if-clause. Type what you hear, including the comma-free word order.
