Noun + Preposition Dictation: Feelings and Interest
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Hear the feeling noun and its small connecting word together. Interest in and respect for link a feeling to its subject, while fear of names what causes the fear. The preposition may be quieter than the noun, so give the start of the following phrase another listen if needed. Keep the person or topic that comes after it as well. There is no need to find one preposition that works for every feeling. Learn the actual combinations you hear, and preserve them in the full sentence.
