Ask who fixed the time. If you arranged it with other people, use am, is or are + -ing: Jo and I are having a picnic at one. If an official timetable fixed it, use the present simple: The sale ends in June. Questions and negatives follow the same choice: be + -ing for plans, do or does for timetables.
