Future Simple Passive Voice Exercises

A2-B1 Level

The future simple passive is formed with will be + past participle and describes actions that will happen in the future when the focus is on the action or the receiver, not on who will do it. This structure is common in predictions, promises, plans, and formal announcements.

For example, "The results will be announced next week" focuses on the results and the timing. "New employees will be trained during their first month" focuses on the training process. To form negatives, use "will not be" or the contraction "won't be": "The meeting won't be held tomorrow." For questions, move "will" before the subject: "Will the project be completed on time?" A common mistake is forgetting "be" after "will" — writing "The report will finished" instead of "The report will be finished." The future simple passive often appears in official documents, news bulletins, and workplace communication. It is tested in Cambridge B1 Preliminary and B2 First examinations, so practising this form is essential for exam preparation.
