Grammar review
Since gives the starting point: since lunchtime, since Tuesday, since she phoned. For gives the length of time: for five weeks, for a fortnight. Don't use ago here: it goes after a time with the past simple, as in I posted it a week ago. During tells you when something happens, not how long.
