Adjective Order Dictation: Age Shape and Colour
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Keep each detail with the thing it describes. You may hear how old it is, its shape or its colour. Age usually comes before shape, and shape before colour. A phrase may have just two of these details, so do not wait for all three. There can also be a size word at the start. Listen through to the noun, then replay the description if you missed a word. Your job is to keep the spoken order, not add another detail.
