Possessives & Apostrophes Dictation: Singular Owner Phrases
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Hear the owner together with the thing connected to them. The possessive s sound may join the next word, so the whole phrase is easier to follow than the ending on its own. One owner's possessive and a regular plural possessive can sound exactly alike. The audio cannot always settle that difference, and both matching spellings are accepted here. You do not need to guess the number of owners from the model. Concentrate on keeping the spoken relationship and the complete sentence.
