Restaurant & Food Dictation: Table and Cutlery
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Picture the table and find the item named. A napkin, spoon and bowl each have a different use, so the action can help you recognise the word. Listen for where the item goes or where someone finds it. Small words such as beside and under give that detail. Some nouns have plural forms that need care: knives is the plural of knife, for example. Keep the whole request or description, including another or smaller when you hear it, instead of writing only the item's name.
