Time Expressions Dictation: Calendar Dates
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Catch the small word before the day, date, month or time. On goes with days and dates, in with months and years, and at with clock times here. For a date, listen to the full number phrase, including the and of if spoken. For a clock time, past tells you the minutes after the hour. Digits are accepted for the numbers, but keep the words around them. Do not replace a full date phrase with a numeric date format that leaves those words out.
