English for Developers Dictation: Interview Project Explanations
B2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Follow the explanation from the choice to its reason or result. An approach is a method; a constraint limits the choices available. A trade-off involves gaining one benefit while accepting a drawback elsewhere. Listen carefully around because, after, by and if: those words connect the project detail to the speaker's reasoning. Keep past experience separate from a suggestion about what they would do next time. The task is to record the explanation as spoken, rather than replace it with interview language you have learnt elsewhere.
