Grammar review
First ask whether the situation is real or only imagined. Will and won't are for real situations now or in the future. Would and wouldn't follow an imagined condition such as if my sister knew how to drive. Wouldn't can also describe a past refusal, such as a gate that wouldn't shut, while won't describes a refusal now.
