Quantifiers Dictation: Some and Any
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Listen for some or any just before the thing being named. Some often appears in a positive statement or a friendly offer. Any often appears in a negative or a question about what is available. These are useful patterns, rather than a rule that every question must have any. Keep the opening words too: they help you hear whether someone offers something or asks about it. Do not add a number. The speaker is giving or asking about an amount without naming an exact one.
