Business & Work Dictation: Emails and Documents
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Follow what happens to the message or document: is someone preparing it, checking it or sending it on? That action helps you hear the work word clearly. A draft is an unfinished version; an attachment is a file sent with an email. Listen for longer phrases too, such as the words naming a message's topic. Before and after tell you the order of the actions. Keep them where you hear them, and resist replacing a familiar document word with another that means something similar.
