Business & Work Dictation: Tasks and Deadlines
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Find the task, then listen for its time or progress. A deadline tells you the latest time for finishing, while a schedule sets out when things happen. These words are related, but they are not interchangeable. Notice who takes responsibility and whether the work is planned, continuing or finished. The verb helps with that. I'd give a second listen to the end of a sentence about timing: a short word there can change what someone has agreed to do.
