Wh- Questions & Question Order Dictation: Information Phrases with How
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Catch the word after how before moving on to the rest of the question. Long asks about duration, often about frequency and far about distance. Many asks for a count, while much can ask about an amount or cost. Soon and quickly are different too: one concerns waiting time, the other speed. Listen for the helping verb and subject that follow the opening phrase. Keep the whole question as spoken. The information being requested helps you understand it, but you do not need to supply an answer.
