Word Order Dictation: Frequency Adverb Position
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Notice where the frequency word sits in the verb phrase. It often comes before a main action verb, after be, or between an auxiliary and the main verb. These are common positions, rather than the only orders English allows. Listen for usually, often, never or another frequency word, then keep it exactly where the speaker puts it. A longer verb group may make that position easier to miss. Capture every part before typing, so the adverb stays connected to the action or state it describes.
