Word Order Dictation: Objects and Recipients
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Find the item and the person receiving or benefiting from it. The person may come before the item, or follow it in a phrase with to or for. Listen to that order rather than switching between two structures with similar meanings. To often introduces the recipient, while for can show who benefits. Keep any description of the item and the final time or place too. Not every verb uses both patterns, so let the recording guide you. Your answer needs its actual wording, not an alternative version.
