Grammar review
Ask whether the listener already knows who or what you mean. If they do, the clause adds information: use commas and who or which (the Atlantic, which is getting warmer,). If the clause tells us which one, use no commas. Only here can you use that or drop an object pronoun (my cousin who plays the drums, one of several).
