-ed vs -ing Adjectives Dictation: Things and Causes
A2 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Find what causes the feeling. Here, an ing adjective describes a thing, event or activity and its effect on someone. A boring task can make a person feel bored, for example. Listen carefully to the final ing sound, then to the noun or phrase it describes. The sentence may name that thing before or after the adjective. Keep the spoken order. You are writing the description you hear, so do not change the ending to describe a person's feeling instead.
