-ed vs -ing Adjectives Dictation: Adjective and Preposition Chunks
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Stay with the adjective until you catch the preposition after it. Interested in, pleased with and worried about each make a useful pair, but the pairs do not all use the same small word. The phrase after the preposition explains what the feeling concerns or what caused it. Sometimes it contains an ing form; sometimes it is a noun or a longer clause. Listen to that connection in one piece. If the adjective is clear but the preposition is not, replay that short stretch.
