Business English Dictation: Deadlines and Progress
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Listen for whether the work is finished, still happening or waiting for something else. Words such as still and yet can be quiet, but they change the update. On schedule means the work fits the plan; behind schedule means it is running late. By introduces a latest finishing time, rather than saying how long the work lasts. Keep the full verb phrase and deadline when you type. You are recording the update the speaker gives, so do not change an estimate into a definite promise.
