Causative Error Correction

B1-B2 Level

This causative error correction exercise trains learners to proofread have/get + object + past participle and have someone do / get someone to do patterns in full sentences.

Wrong: "I had my car repair before the journey." Correct: "I had my car repaired before the journey."
Wrong: "The manager got the team finish the report." Correct: "The manager got the team to finish the report."

The route mixes services, negative experiences, instructions, and persuasion. Some sentences are already correct, so learners must decide whether the person did the action personally, arranged a service, experienced something bad, or caused another person to act.
