Causative (Have/Get Done) Dictation: Questions and Negatives
B1 Level

Give the first small verb your attention. Did, are, have and can help you hear whether the speaker is asking a question and which verb form follows. In a phrase such as have you had, both forms of have belong there; neither is an accidental repeat. For a negative, listen for not as part of the complete verb group. Keep the object before the final service word. Write the spoken question or statement without turning it into another tense or a different kind of request.
