Containers & Partitives Dictation: Partitives for Information and Advice
B1 Level
English Exercises is teacher-led by Charlie. About the teacher · How content is made
Listen for the countable word before advice, news or information. English can count pieces, items and bits even when the noun after of does not normally have a plural form. That means several can change piece to pieces without changing evidence. Catch any adjective inside the phrase too; it may describe the unit or the information itself. Do not add an s to the final noun from habit. The complete phrase tells you both the amount and what is being shared.
